The victim was identified as Manas Lulla.
The police informed that Manas left home for Ganesh pandal where his leg came in contact with an open live wire being used for a fan.
Following the incident, locals rushed him to nearby private hospital where he was declared dead during the treatment.
The Ulhasnagar police have registered accidental death report in the case but family demands that action should be taken against pandal organizer due to whose negligence their kid died.
