MUMBAI: State told Bombay HC on Friday that an FIR has been registered against seven police officers including senior inspector of Wadala railway police station in the alleged custodial death of Reay Road resident Agnelo Valdaris. Also they have been transferred out of Mumbai. Probe handed to DCB Crime Branch (Mumbai - Unit IV ). Permission has been sought from district magistrate to exhume Agnelo's body.
