Financial crisis drives Mulund resident to end life

MUMBAI: Dead body of a 33-year-old man was found washed towards the shore at Worli on Friday. Mulund resident Akhilesh Agrahari had gone missing from Mulund on Thursday night. The police are suspecting the incident a case of suicide but are waiting for post mortem report.

The Worli police said the deceased family told there was a recent financial loss due to which he was upset. Police registered a case of accidental death. The body was handed over to the family on Friday.

A Worli police officer said that they found the body that was floating in the sea near Venus apartment in Worli. There were no external injuries on the body. Agrahari use to sell bathroom cleaning products in Mulund.

Agrahari was survived by his mother, wife and two sons.
