The panel included Ajit Singh, executive VP, infrastructure & services, L&T, Vidya Shah, CEO, Edelgive Foundation, scientist Dr Anil Kakodkar and Navin Jha, CEO, Deshpande Foundation. "There is a need to encourage students to ask questions and help them learn from real life experiences than just textbooks and the Agastya Foundation's model where students are encouraged to let out their curiosity is well received in most parts of the world," said Najma Mulla, COO, Edelgive.
Recently, the EdelGive Foundation inaugurated L.E.A.P. Centre, a science centre for Agastya Foundation in Alibaug. Also present at the event was investor-trader Rakesh Jhunjhunwala.
