The State Environment Appraisal Committee - 2, which scrutinises all construction projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region directed the project proponent to submit an environment management plan along with a plan for management and disposal of excavated demolition waste, sewage treatment plant.
It has also directed the project proponent to reduce the ground cover to 50% of the plot area and to obtain a no objection certification for municipal water supply from the BMC.
