Maha govt invite applications from youth

MUMBAI: The state government has sought applications from youth interested in taking part in the Youth Week celebrations to be held in Mumbai from January 12.

The district sports officer (DS0), in an official communication, has said that the last date for filing application was January 10.

The applications must be sent to the DSO's office, which is situated on the third floor at Malhotra House near the GPO office on Walchand Hirachand Marg in Boribunder.

Various cultural and counselling events have been lined up as part of the celebration, the DSO has informed.

People in the age group of 15-35 can take part.

The events will be organized at Mhada Colony in Sion's Pratikshanagar.
