Government to set to special and fast track courts

MUMBAI: The Government has decided to establish special and fast track courts for speedy disposal of cases relating to sexual harassment of women and children.

According to sources the move was aimed at not only disposing off such cases but to achieve early conviction of the culprits and thus ensure better law and order.

There are thousands of such cases pending in various courts delaying the convictions.
