Minimum temp falls to 16.2 degrees Celsius

MUMBAI: After several days, the minimum temperatures in the city touched the 16-degree mark on Tuesday. The minimum temperature recorded in Santacruz was 16.2 degrees Celsius as compared to Monday's minimum of 17 degrees Celsius.

In Colaba, the minimum temperature was 20.1 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, 2.2 degrees below normal.

The Regional Meteorological Centre in Mumbai has said that the minimum temperature would be around 16 degrees.

The maximum temperatures recorded in Colaba were 28.3 degrees Celsius, which was 1.3 degree Celsius below normal, while in Santacruz, it was 31.8 degrees Celsius, 1.3 degrees below normal.
