The conservancy staff of the Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation got down to clean the gutter located on the main road near Sai Pooja building, Shirdi Nagar, Navghar in Bhayander (east) at around 9 am. They pulled out a skeleton wrapped in a cloth. Pieces of a shirt and jeans were also found inside the gutter. A footwear was also lying near the skeleton.
The Navghar police reached the spot and video graphed the find before sending the skeleton for forensic analysis. Police suspect that the body may have been dumped in the gutter. The police are baffled as the gutter is located on a busy road buzzing with people. The police are looking for details of missing persons since the last few months.
