MUMBAI: A 44-year-old mentally unstable woman jumped to her death from sixth floor of a south Mumbai building and died early on Monday.
The deceased, Bina Vajrani, a Bandra west resident, was not mentally stable and stayed with her 9-year-old father, Gulabrai Vajrani, at Oceanic apartment at Warden Rooad.
At around 2.30 am on Monday, Bina came to the gallery of the flat and jumped on the road. Hearing a thud people ran to help her and rushed a bleeding Bina to a nearby hospital where she was declared on admission. Gamdevi police said they have registered accidental death and are probini the case with the suicide angle. Nothing supicious has been found, said police.
