The first incident occurred in Sewree after a portion of the wall from the first floor of Lucky mansion — a building near Lateef Hotel — collapsed.
Three people were injured in the incident and were rushed to KEM hospital, two of them were pronounced dead at the hospital.
According to civic officials these three people were passersby and the deceased have not been identified yet.
In another incident in Colaba, one person died after a wall of a house under construction collapsed. It injured six workers who were working inside the house; all of them were taken to the hospital. The labourers belong to West Bengal's Mushidabad district.
One worker, identified as Masroor Shaikh (18) died after being admitted to the hospital.
