MUMBAI: Former bureaucrat and father of deputy consul general Devyani Khobragade, Uttam Khobragade, denounced the action against his daughter as racial bias. "It is the third case involving the Indian consulate and is nothing but racial bias. It has been done to harass and demoralize Indians," Uttam said. He has demanded that India seek an unconditional apology from the US government.
