"In has been observed tgat finding teachers becomes really difficult, virtual learning is a one of the solution to such problems," said a higher and technical education department official.
Besides the governor, chief minister Prithivraj Chavan and other varsity officials will be attending the function in the suburban Mumbai, the release added.
Earlier medical education department had announced to start virtual teaching and e-library in the state to avoid inconvenience caused to medico students following shortage of teaching staff.
