Its fleet of cabs offers in-cab infotainment system - capable of playing movies and promos and providing news, maps, deals, and more.
The 'Saathis', as the chauffeurs are called, are well-trained in the use of the technology and soft skills and have been trained through a behaviour change communication training workshop.
Some other firsts from TABcab include the first fleet taxi to achieve nil cancellations between 8 pm to 8 am, to introduce an automated boarding pass for airport counter bookings, he stated.
Saathi Adhaar scheme which is a minimum Rs. 12,000 monthly earning guarantee for Saathis, sick waivers and mediclaims for drivers and a single child's schooling expense borne by TABcab. It also gives incentives to drivers including Saathi Ghoomkad (one winner Saathi given a fully paid family holiday along with air fare every month).
