MTNL officials to interact with customers at consumer workshop

MUMBAI: The Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has invited its customers to participate in the "Consumer Education Workshop - 2013" which is scheduled to be held this week.

The workshop is being organised to understand the customer needs, providing customer awareness and updating them about the initiatives taken by the MTNL. ""We will also take measures to redress customer complaints at the earliest. We will seek feedback from our customers as well,'' an official said.

The workshop will be held at the MTNL Training centre, CETTM , ( Centre for Excellence in Telecom Technology and Management ), Technology Street , Hiranandani Gardens at Powai. It will be organised on October 10 at 3 pm, a MTNL spokesperson stated.
