The accident happened at 6am when a car travelling at a very high speed crashed against railing of a bridge.
Such was the impact of the crash that one passenger was thrown out of the car and fell under the bridge.
Passenger Vishnu Prabhu, 23, from Kerala died at the spot.
Two other passengers Vaibhav PAtil, 24, from Nagpur and Mirza Baig, 22, from Jharkhand were seriously injured and admitted to Khandala Hospital.
