"The price of our luggage compartment pass has almost doubled and other costs, such as electricity, have also risen. If we don't ask you for help, who else do we ask?" says Tanekar, referring to clients. "Decision makers sitting in offices don't realise how their decisions are affecting people who do the work," rues Tanekar, adding that a few disgruntled clients did grouse about the hike but it hasn't led to cancellations.
