BHIWANDI: A-45-year-old powerloom worker was killed in Bhiwandi on Saturday night. The victim Tanveer Shaikh was sleeping alone in his house when an unknown person smashed his face with a stone and escaped.
The Nizampura police probing the matter suspect that one of his room mates might be behind the murder. The suspect did not returned back from his work.
The police have registered a case of murder against unknown person and a probe is on.
