Special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) judge Y D Shinde had last week granted the company's request to be given a week's time to submit complete records. The company had in court, through one of its assistant nodal officer produced CDRs of accused Mohammed Ali and Sajid Ansari. However, they were found to be incomplete as Tower location was missing . The court then asked him to produce CDRs like the one Bharti Airtel had submitted recently of four accused with Tower Location and other details.
The officer who came from mobile company asked for time to file his reply on producing complete CDRs which was granted by special MCOCA Judge Y D Shinde.
The Mumbai train blasts of July 2006 had occurred on seven suburban trains in the evening peak hour. It killed 209 people and left more than 700 injured many of them seriously.
